If You Don’t Stand For God…
You’ll Fall for EVERYTHING!
I’ve heard the following sentiment expressed many times over the years and I’ve always thought that just standing for “something” in no way, shape or form guarantees that an individual won’t fall for “anything”! In fact, if you were to check this quote out online,
you would quickly discover that some version of it is attributed to many well known people including Alexander Hamilton, Malcolm X, Ginger Rogers and Rosa Parks to name a few! Whether any of them actually said it is a matter of conjecture, but even if they did, it is still meaningless unless you stand for the right thing! This quote should more accurately be rendered as follows:
The true God and His Word, the Bible, is the ONLY thing on earth that will prevent you from falling for EVERYTHING!
Many people the world over, right this very minute, are finding this out the hard way. Most of planet earth has watched pie-eyed and shell shocked the past several years as they have accepted lies about EVERYTHING! Evil spirits in high places have pounded the reality of this quote with the finesse of a pile-driver into their psyche.

The evidence of this truth is scattered all around us like confetti after a parade. Our freedoms are disappearing faster than a toupee in a hurricane! Our personal adversary, the devil, is confident as he watches his centuries-long scheme play out.
He has lied, manipulated, exploited, cheated, swindled and victimized the entire globe unceasingly ever since the fall of man! Patiently waiting for the right opportunity to force his will upon an unsuspecting, unprepared and undisciplined world. One that is ripe for the picking. One that is in a stupor, unable to see the proverbial forest for the trees; they are the blind leading the blind and are clueless as to the source of their demise.
We’re not wrestling with farm boys from Iowa, rednecks from Georgia or cowboys from Texas. Things would be much simplified if that were the case. Instead we find ourselves going head to head with unseen spiritual entities that don’t play by any standard or obey any rules of engagement.
Much of the world, having failed to stand for the truths declared by God in His own instructions to us, is now being cowed, like livestock to the slaughter, by what can only be described as a globalist oligarchy of billionaires that answer only to those powers listed above. They are bullies playing monopoly with your life!
This group of unsavory characters has plotted and planned for the better part of the past one hundred years and, in 2020, they decided it was finally the right time to spring the trap. They have been essentially committing mass murder, only not with bullets. That would be too quick, too easy and too obvious. Instead they employ more insidious means like propaganda, misinformation, intimidation, dissimulation, indoctrination and polarization! And let’s not forget legislation and inoculation. All quite effective on a population that will fall for anything!
People were caught off-guard, the deer in the headlights; paralyzed just long enough to fall for the false reports of doom. Fear rolled over them like a steam roller flattening all hope of a normal life. But the enemy at the gate is just getting started and is definitely not showing any sign of surrender.
We are living in unprecedented times but the good news is, you got up on the right side of the dirt today so, there’s hope! The pressing question that begs an answer is, NOW WHAT? For starters you can turn to God and listen intently to what He has to say; and then stand up, straighten up, buckle up and then give God a great big thumbs up for perhaps the first time in your life and make up your mind to…
DO WHAT HE SAYS!!
This one verse of scripture is a BIG key to victory. It clearly identifies the proper actions to take and what you can expect as a result! Doing this one thing will absolutely ensure that the devil will exit stage left. But this is, after all, just a beginning. It is a starting place. It is the genesis of deliverance but it demands action on the part of the one seeking. We are not supposed to lay back, give in and take it; we are instructed instead to SUBMIT TO GOD first and then RESIST THE DEVIL!
There is a good reason why God requires us to submit to Him first. He has been riding herd on the devil for a very long time and knows what to do. Humans simply cannot win against the devil without God on their side. If God fights for us we will win!
Deuteronomy 3:22 Ye shall not fear them: for the LORD your God he shall fight for you.
Exodus 14:14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
Yes, God will engage on our behalf when we “hold our peace” and submit to his authority, but you must realize that…
“God is not Burger King! He does things His way, not your way.”
What each of us must determine in order to be able to submit to God is so basic, so utterly elementary, that I almost hesitate to even mention it; but given the world’s current state of disinformation and chaos I believe it’s not only prudent but necessary.
You MUST LEARN God’s requirements and then ACT ON THEM!
Failure to take action emboldens the evil spirit realm to continue their steady advance on your life, logic, morality, fairness and decency.
Also, when I speak of “requirements” I’m not making reference to largely useless denominational commandments, ceremonies, traditions, slogans and dogma which are all man-made and in no way endorsed by God. I am speaking directly to those conditions, stipulations, specifications and requirements that God Almighty, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, has laid out in His Word, the Bible! Those are what you MUST take action on. Anything less…and you LOSE!

Many have been cowardly attempting to sidestep and ignore reality; but they do not have the luxury of ignoring the consequences that come from ignoring pthe reality of what is going on! Therefore you must unite behind a common cause. You must submit to God and begin to execute actions in the manner that He prescribes. Here are a few things that come to mind.
Be sober and vigilant and once again we are instructed to RESIST! A president, a king, a world ruler, a scientist, or a pastor are all weak and anemic before the mighty power of our God…and so is the devil. So stay in your lane and…
Do your best and let God do the rest!
Jesus Christ is not just above all the things listed in Eph 6:12, he is FAR ABOVE them ALL! The POWER of God that raised Jesus Christ from the dead is the same mighty POWER that will, as Deuteronomy and Exodus stated, “fight for you” when you “hold your peace” and SUBMIT to him on His terms and do what He says.
What armor is God referring to? If you do not know, you might want to find out, because He just said “take unto you the whole armour of God”! How else do you think you’ll be able to stand in the evil day?
Ladies and gentlemen, look around you, the evil day is here…NOW!! The time for fooling around is long past. It’s time for you to make your stand for God! Otherwise you will continue to fall for EVERYTHING else that comes along. What will you choose? Now is the time to make up your mind and take the appropriate action. With God on your side it is not possible that you should lose, but conversely, without His aid you cannot hope, in your wildest dreams, to come out on top!
It is not adequate, neither is it smart, to stand for just any old thing! Plenty of well-meaning, but wrong, people will happily provide you with that advice. The truth is you MUST stand for the RIGHT thing or you’ll fall for EVERYTHING! As I’ve been preaching for the entire duration of this essay, the ONLY THING you can stand for that won’t let you down, is GOD!
